Glitchy Touchscreen

Has cam video quality decreased?
I haven't checked the cam files for a while and just had a look today. My god the quality looks awful and I can barely read any license plate number even from the front cam. I could swear it was better quality a couple months ago at least from the front cam. Has anyone else notice that?
