Update: It has been resolved. The radar somehow went out of alignment. They aligned the radar and recalibrated Autopilot.

Btw, Tesla stopped calling them CPO cars. They are just called ‘used’ cars now as they do not go through the stringent refurbishing process that they used to do. They won’t even publish what’s in the 70-point inspection checklist.
