Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
I have submitted it to Cars & Bids. It will most likely go live later this week. I can post the link here if anyone wants to see it. It's going up as a "No Reserve". Should be fun!
I’m looking to list my MX for sale in the next week or so. I have plenty of cars and a CT in order. Basics are listed below. Feel free to make offers or provide expected market value.
2017
Under 40k miles
Blue
Full Warranty until Dec or 50k
2 sets of wheels and tires (winter and all season)...
I recently upgraded from a 75D MX to a Performance MX. I have a set of snow tires on Helix Wheels. Will these fit on my MX P? or is it like the M3 where only P wheels fit?
Before I post it on Auto Trader, Marketplace and others, I figured I'd see if anyone here wants it. I won't have time to take pics for a couple days. Decent shape. But let's be real. It's a 5 year old car with 65k miles on it. It's better than most, but not perfect. I have replaced quite a bit...
I am definitely in the green, but I think 4k is a bit steep. There' been a set for 2700 bucks (buy it now) on Ebay since mid Dec that isn't moving at that price. Feel from to PM me an offer though.
I bought it off Carvana (I wouldn't use them for any other situation). They don't take into account loads of info that anyone looking for a M3 would be on a fair share of the M3s they take in. I have a good relationship with my local SC, and asked my advisor to run some VINs for me. On 10 or so...
Just spoke to the SC today. They told me that there is no longer a need for separate software upgrades. We all just have it. Once the trailer is plugged in it turns on.
I bought a Model X a couple months back. My spec sheet says that i have the accessory option but not the towing option. I also have the hitch hardware in my frunk.
If I can put a ball hitch on the same accessory receiver, what am I missing to tow something other than "tow mode" in the software...
1: I think that the steel is a testament to its rugged nature. I have a few friends with H1's. The scratches and dings on their $80k Hummers are almost badges of honor. I could see these being more of than that than being the car people are making detailing videos about on Youtube.
2: Just...
There's another thread doing that. It looks like there is around 130k variant between the first reported and the most recent. Assuming that they're truly sequential it's fair to assume 130k units have been reserved. Who knows how many of those reservations will end up buying but it's...
Prior to the event I didn't think I would. After the event I knew that this would be the replacement for my MX in 2-3 years. I am very stoked.
Dual motor w/ FSD (Hoping for Batmobile Matte Black)
I am not going to one of the model specific boards because I feel that the marketplace has a more eclectic understanding of Tesla bits and pieces.
I am going to pick up a set of Winter wheels/tires for my MX next week. If I take my wifes M3 it will save me about an hour round trip as I am able...
It was 400 new + shipping. I am not going to sit and haggle for a month over 25 bucks. The best fair offer gets it and I'll ship it out or meet up with whoever gets it on Monday of next week (11/18).
I can check the wheels in a little bit, but they're not winter tires. All seasons most likely.
I just found the info on the console:
\EVAMPED Ludicrous Front Center Console with Blue LED cup holders with remote (no battery).
My model S was totaled a few months back and I have since bought something else. I am open to offers, and can post pics later if desired.
1) Rear shelf. (black)
2) Lower cargo covering (black). I don't know the terminology for it, but it's the lid for the foot space of the rear jump seats.
3)...
Thanks. I like this model, but it's going to have the same problem with all of the glass and wires. I don't really want to have something professionally installed, as most places don't have any experience with the MX. It looks like Garmin makes a wireless one that has decent reviews. I might...
I have tried 2 different cams and hate the size, placement and/or power cable strewn through my cabin. I'd like to have something without a screen, and that can just recharge instead of needing to be plugged in constantly.
Suggestions?
Theres a used MX that I am looking at and from what I know about AP in the menu of my recently departed MS it doesn't have it. Is the MX menu different? Does it truly not have AP? I thought all MX's at least came with AP or better hardware.
Thanks in advance.
Same here. I see a lot of scammers out there especially when it comes to saying that a car has AP. That's actually what happened with mine and I had to get a Lawyer involved. Good news, if it happens to you via a FL dealer I have a great lawyer for you. haha.
I am not sure if this has ever been asked. When EVCPO pulls car data is that embedded in the listing from Tesla specifically for that car or is there a database of VINs that provide that info? Basically, could you type in any Tesla Vin and get a list of options?
keep an eye on ev-cpo.com - In keeps track of the CPO's offered by tesla and you will get a minimum of a 2 year Tesla Warranty with the purchase. There's also a lot on all of the usual sites like Ebay, Autotrader and Auto Tempest.
