The Hardknott Pass is a beast, but the Roadster (or any EV) just strolls up it. No need to worry about frying the clutch on the way up, or the brakes on the way down. I was once in a VW camper van that barely made it up, so the contrast was startling. And what a bonus in getting so much energy...

Actually, it's a good spot, as even if people park ICE cars in the marked bay you can still access it. I suspect that is a happy accident, but it's worked out OK. Do you know what the deal was? Who paid for it's installation? It's an excellent, mid-country location and just off the motorway...
