Percent or Miles & Why?
I use miles because my daily commute is 30 miles each way and I have no charging at home. This lets me keep track of when I should plan to charge during the week (projecting from miles = number of commutes is more intuitive for me). I can imagine for others this may not be as helpful, but works... -

Looking for Apartments in Boston or Cambridge that have Charging Stations!
i live in an avalon property in Natick and I believe that they said one of their properties downtown has EV charging -- looks like this one, but there may be other ones of theirs as well (not sure how many spots they have): Avalon North Station- ortizla96

Inverter Sizing Opinions Needed
as Dan123 noted -- clipping should not be much of an issue. If you did not already account for this, it is important to distinguish between the DC kW rating of your solar system and the AC kW rating of the inverters that are delivering the useful energy.
