The magnet on the door and the sensor in ther sill must line up. I had the same problem until manually adjusted the door magnet to get it to line up.

My 2018 Tesla 3 autopark works sometimes, when it wants to; but only for perpendicular back-in parking. It never works for parallel parking.

I talked to a Tesla driver who was using a EVgo level 3 charger. He said he does it because many times the Superchargers were full and that the EVgo charger was cheaper and closer to his work. Are level 3 chargers cheaper?

I just noticed the same thing. In San Diego I don't get many opportunities to use the wipers, but it drizzled today. The wipers did not automatically come on. I finally set them at 1. Maybe they set the wipers not to be used here.

I don't think it is the struts. They are after market electric struts. Once I clear the trunk latch, the trunk opens fine and stays up. The trunk latch on the car body wiggles as if it's loose.

When I try to open the trunk on my 2018 Tesla 3, it opens about 1 inch but then reseats to the closed position. I'm able to "force" it open if I pull up before it reseats. The "ring" on the body of the car seems loose. Should it be? This just happened recently? The trunk closes appropriately...

I now have 2 additional harnesses connected to the OBD connector at the rear of the arm rest. One is for a dash indicator and the other for S3XY Buttons. Is there a limit as to how many harnesses can be added? I realize there is a space issue that can be worked around.

When I unlock my driver door, all 3 passengers doors, even at home, remain locked. I'm unable to find any setting to allow all doors to unlock. How can I unlock all doors from outside the car?

Hyundai has the vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability with the new Lectron (V2L) connector. This enables one to use the car's battery for camping and other AC devices. Are there any vehicle-to-load (V2L) connectors for Tesla cars?

Leave it. It looks fine as is and you won't have the usual problems associated with having lowered a Tesla.

Can HW4 be retrofitted to 2018 Tesla 3? It is my understanding there will be additional cameras in the new bumpers. Can they be retrofitted also? Or do I need to buy a new Tesla 3 to get these upgrades?

You were expected to be in full control of the vehicle. Just because you had the blinker on doesn't mean you can change the lane. It's just like any other car.

If my tires lasted only 23k, I'd have pleanty complaints. My current tires, Continental, have 32K, with tread left. And to me they look very good with stock 2018 19" rims. And I drive sensibly.

I charge when in go below 80%. That's usually is 3X a week. I have solar & home storage battery. I believe TOU2 is better for me.

It would take 114 kwh of TOU2 charging to equate to $16.

I was not proposing to put PPF over the chip. I was suggesting to do that AFTER the chip was repaired to protect from future dings. I'm realize the cost. I had it done. In the long run it is worth it.
