I actually got the extra dash to wrap it, but while test fitting I actually liked the look. And now it’s kinda growing on me. It would be different if it was forced upon me I guess. We all have different taste (a good thing), the dash is actually swapped (not covered). It takes 5 min to swap.

Decided to try out a wood dash with the white interior. I’m pretty please with it, glare is less than the white which wasn’t that bad to begin with. I also put in the matrix black from EV Wraps.

I had the same thought on the white dash. It turned out ok, but since I already got an wood dash on eBay long before I got the Y delivered. I decided to test it out. It is pretty nice, so I’m going to drive a little with it. The nice thing is that it takes less than 5 min to swap it out.

Had it for a week now. Mobile service came out and fixed the misaligned headlight. He also looked door and headliner. Door will need to fixed at shop. Headliner on order.

I did the external inspection first. I had decided I wouldn’t accept major paint issues. Panel gaps can be fixed, but mine were minor. Right headlight were misaligned, but everything can be fixed. The important thing is to not accept or get them to fix it. If not, nothing is going to change.

How did it go? Was the right side worse than left. All my issues was on the right side (Headlight, pass door, smudged liner).

There is a Blue/White at North Houston. VIN fits, but it has 19” wheels.

When I got my X in late 2018, Tesla did the registering (via a 3rd party company). It took forever, I was on my 3 temporary tags then the tag finally came in. Now they have changed TX to a self registering state.

My page have not changed since 7/20 when I first got my VIN. VIN still there, delivery date 8/2, but he delivery team indicated 8/3 over the phone earlier this week.

Yes, VIN was assigned on 7/20. Same date for the final MVPA. VIN didn’t show up on my page until 7/27. It now listed under the RN on the Overview page.

Same here, ordered 7/7, VIN 7/20 (email/txt) got tentative delivery 8/2. Funnily enough the VIN was not on my page until today. The North Houston center said they’re inspecting the vehicle for damages and other misaligned items before the commit to a date.

Same for me, I called the designated delivery location (North Houston, great service team btw.), My car was asleep the train to Arkansas and I was told to call back if I'm not contacted within 2-3 day.

If you have filled in all the online stuff, check to see if there is a MVPA in the document section. My VIN is not on the page or code, but the MVPA is there.

From recent orders, I would say it is about 3-5 weeks. So Tesla’s 4-8 is actually accurate. It all depend how diligent you are with filling the info online location and selected configuration. My LR Red with white interior was order 7/7 and I’m currently set up for 8/3 pickup.

That was not my experience. I was asked how much I was financing, the remainder I had to transfer (ACH) to make sure it was paid in full.

No text, but I was just handed over to the local delivery team by the Delivery Support Specialist in Las Vegas. The specialist up till now have been fantastic. Typical, response within 1 hr, sometimes minute. I hoping that the local Houston guys will continue the excellent communication.......
