I got the Yakima High Speed. The Tesla cross bars are made by Yakima, so with the TSlot adapter I didn’t have to use the straps to attach the rack to the bars. It makes taking it off and on a simple 2 minute process, and it looks better.

I did get the roof rack directly through Tesla and had them mount it. I was going to get the Yakima brank bike rack with the tslot kit. I will check out the RockyMounts! Thanks.

I’ve been told the rack is made by Yakima. I am going to try a Yakima brand rack with the TSlot kit. I hate all the hassle with mounting the straps on the bar, and I think it will look cleaner.

The service center did it for free! The mobile service wanted $175.

I just had my roof rack installed today (service center did not charge, but the mobile service wanted $175 to install), and I am curious what bike rack everyone is using?

I also ordered mine 2/7 for delivery to Cincinnati. Not a word since the order. Like you I won't use it till the spring, so I am ok waiting.

How much did they charge for the installation?

My headlights starting flickering on startup about 3 or 4 days ago. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I plug it in at night. Set it to charge slowly starting around 1 am. When not charging or finished, it's plugged in but the charge port is not active.

I do not have this and the holes on my license plate do not line up with the holes on the car. Maybe this could solve my problem.

Rather than the hitch or OEM roof rack (that sold out in minutes) I am going to try a SeaSucker bike rack. Car Racks

Delivery 12/16 at Cincinnati service center. Ordered 10/22. Everything has been super easy in getting this scheduled. Tesla is working with my credit union. I didn’t have to anything but apply for the loan. Trade in was three pictures. Got the offer in less than 24 hours. So far so good.

I got my VIN and the car has not shipped to Cincinnati yet. I was told it was in CA waiting to be loaded on to the truck.

It’s not even December yet. Can’t get too upset just yet. I am at week 6. I was told 6-10 weeks when I ordered. Tesla is still in the window they promised.

I called yesterday and was told there were no updates and nothing has changed. She did say I should hear something in the next 2 weeks, but they tell me that every time I call. I ordered 10/22.

Local Tesla dealer in Cincinnati said they think they have their first MR white interior scheduled for delivery next week.

I ordered on 10/22 with white interior and I do not have an estimated delivery date on my account page. I still have the edit button in that spot.

If Tesla can’t deliver by year end to the people who ordered in time, I would be ok if they just lowered the price of the car by $3750.

I am not sure it is totally delivery issues. I think its choice. The white interior performance models are being delivered without issue or delay.

Mine only shows the MR when I click on "View Build Details." Doesn't mention it anywhere on the main account page.

FWIW, My local SC told me that they sell thier trade-ins to carmax.

Because half of the group ordered white interior and we are being sad with nothing to say.

I am sure it's just coincidence, but I did it too just in case. :)
