Yes. I could i forget to mention the Raven suspension.
The pre-Raven is good, but too bouncy at times.
The adaptive Raven suspension is just better and let's you "tweak" somewhat.
I had both a 2018 X and a Raven X at the same time so i can speak form experience.
Currently have the Raven X.
Go with the Raven.
More range, one foot pedal drive, more warranty left regarding battery and motors.
FSD is a plus too and, for me at least, wood looks better than carbon.
I just let them cancel the one i had ordered and lost the 250 euro.
I don´t really need the Y (have a Raven X) and i certainly didn't want to get one of the last HW3 when in a month or two all will have HW4.
And mine had a BIG discount which made it a great deal. Oh well...
Like the title says.
Please post pics and let us know if you see or feel any differences to HW3.
I have a MY ordered but it's HW3 and i'm not planning to pick it up.
Even if that's the case, it will never happen.
Tesla wants to sell new cars, so they won't make any effort to adapt the installation of a 4680 pack into a 2170 pack Tesla.
And, IMO, in this case, it actually makes sense they act like that.
Who will bother to have a 4680 pack (instead of a 2170)...
I'm still on 2022.20.8.
Anyone else here is in the same boat or have you all lost radar by now?
How is radarless autopilot now?
Any better than when radar was switchet off?
Like the tile says...
I ordered a MY LR on the 13th of January, right after the price cut, but i'm now leaning to don't move forward and accept delivery.
My main reason is that i actually don't need the car (have a Raven X that i love and will, or would, keep even if i get the Y), but to add to...
Thank you guys for your responses.
Besides we both have two "old" ICE cars, my wife has another EV car that, lately, we've been using daily because it's so pratical, so i really don't need the Y or any other car.
I hear you regarding the HW4 and of course everyone prefers to have HW4 to HW3...
Thank you guys for your responses.
Yes, i am very conflicted with this decision.
Let me just add that with the price drop, the ability to deduct VAT and to receive the government subsidy, the MY LR will in the end cost me 42.500 euro.
That is what's making it so hard pass.... haha
Like the title says, i currently have a Raven MX (my third Tesla) and couldn't resist the the price cut so i ordered a MY LR that is due to be delivered by mid Feb.
In these last few days, since getting the Vin number and EDD, i've been debating if i should accept delivery of the Y or not...
I...

How much is the government subsidy?
You could get a LR in white or black and (if you really don't like it) use the, or part, of the subsidy to have it wrapped to you color of choice.
The wrap would also serve to protect your original paint.
Not true, again....
According to Tesla the weight difference is 70kg
1909kg RWD
1979 LR
And the range difference is + 110km
I don't care which car anyone buys.
To me, getting the LR over the RWD at current prices is a no brainer.
But to each their own.
It's not just AWD vs RWD, it's also a big increase in range.
And range on an EV is king.
Even if, being in Ireland, you don't need all the range.
For "only" 7K more, i would certainly get the LR AWD, no matter what.
It's a no brainer really.
If you can get a AWD LR for the same price of your ordered RWD SR (and you can now!), just get the LR.
Ask Tesla if they can deliver you a LR instead of the SR under your Nov. 22 order.
If they say no (most probably will), just order a LR and cancel your previous order.
Thanks everyone.
Yes, my indecision is about what, in theory, should be better for the battery?
To top it up to 100% (even if for a short time) every time i make that long trip or not to top it up (only to 90% or, say, 95%), but deplete more energy and arrive with less %....
Maybe i'll settle...
I often travel from home to my holiday/weekend house and do a 320/330 km trip without charging during the trip.
I used to charge at home to 100% on my 2018 100D X and had about 5% charge upon arrival.
I currently have a 2019 X Raven and charge to 90% before leaving and get about the same 5%...
And how (bad?) was autopilot after the update, in no rain conditions?
And with rain?
I have a Raven X and i'm still on 2022.20.8 because i don't want to lose radar, 1 following distance and parking sensors...
So, i'm still on 2022.20.8 on both my X's.
Wondering if i should just update and lose radar and ultrasonic sensors... or stay footed....
Who still have has radar and USS?
Which one did you "upgraded"?
Yeah, that's my fear.
My cars are (generally) fine and i fear that losing radar will make them worse at least for some time. (until Tesla eventually improves Tesla Vision)
That and losing following distance position 1 (which i usually feel is too long...)
With 2022.24.6 you should have been "upgraded" do Tesla vision.
Is that phantom braking due to oncoming cars, recent? After 2022.24.6 was installed?
I almost never have phantom braking.
