Unfortunately, you do not. Basic Autopilot wasn't included with Model 3 until around Spring 2019. Before that, it was an optional add-on (in the form of Enhanced Autopilot). So if the original owner of a 2018 did not ever add it on, it only has plain cruise control.

I don't know if there's any evidence that discharging to low SOC has any adverse effects on the battery. The risk of low SOC is being stranded if it gets cold or if there's not enough to top off a low 12V battery.

Is it just the fender damage right behind the door? Or is there more damage behind the wheel? I had almost identical damage to the same location when I hit the side of my garage. Tesla repaired it (the local service center does some body repair) for $800.

As far as I know, NONE of the Model 3s and Model Ys come with homelink anymore. It must be added on afterwards. Not sure about S/X.

If each car has its own appropriately sized circuit and the subpanel is a full 100 amps I don't see a problem from the garage end of things. But we don't know the load calcs for your whole house.

Is there anything else on the garage subpanel? Or just the EVSEs? Because charging both at the same time will be 80 amps out of the 100.
