What kind of plug is this, and can I buy an adapter?
Means with adapter mentioned above, you get get more efficient power usage and faster charging than 110V. Perfect. And probably best charge rate for long battery life.- mikeinanaheim

Keeping Charging Unit Attached to NEMA14-50 for 24/7/365... or not?
The Model 3 owner's manual says this: "Tesla strongly recommends leaving Model 3 plugged in when not in use. This maintains the Battery at the optimum level of charge." Unless the cable is in your way, I'd do what the car maker says and leave it plugged in.- mikeinanaheim
