The form to transfer FSD was something I was asked to do as well. It’s very similar to the FUSC form if you have agreed to transfer it as well. You simply esign it and send it back to them. It won’t show up anywhere in the app.

Ah that was the missing piece of the information reallly. If you explain this to the advisor maybe they will allow the vacation hold. Teslas internal systems are s**t from what I’ve seen and heard from friends who work there 😓
Also curious, did you get an email to update design like few of us got it earlier this month. I was hoping those who got that email were atleast guaranteed a 2024 VIN since the mileage changed.
That sucks. We are out traveling too. I’d told my advisor if a VIN was assigned now it would not be possible for me to pick it up. He had said that should not be an issue. I’d try to speaking with your local advisor. Sometimes they are reasonable.
i tried to shop around around my order time in Nov and again when they made us accept the updated design earlier this month. No one could better TD Auto Finance rate in my case.
My advisor said next batch would be out in about two weeks time. He didn’t say it but it’s pretty much 2024 VIN now without actually saying it. So 🤞 . I just hope against hope we atleast get the mechanical horn to show some differences against 2023 model.
Yea I visited my local SC yesterday and the sales guy showed me their Slack correspondence with their IT guy but last I checked they said still no response. Will keep calling/texting them. This is simply ridiculous! :rolleyes:
Latest from Tesla advisor, our IT has been made aware of it and they are looking into it. Keep refreshing the page. I asked what about worst case scenario they said lets wait till Monday and if we can't make the change in app to reach out to advisor and they will figure out something.
TL;DR...
Was able to talk to my advisor. He said I am not the first one to complain about not being able to update the design and he said he’ll get back to me later today. What a farce.
