    voice commands

    My Model S is not recognizing voice commands. Or it will work once, then it doesn't again. Constantly resetting can't be the solution.

    key fob doesn't recognize the user

    We have two users and two key fobs. Both fobs recognize the same user - i've disconnected and reconnected but no success.
