That's the one. It has a magnetic base, so will work great on your metal rear package shelf. I centered mine under the rear window, as far back is it would go.

It's not uncommon for FUSC to not show up in your account - an ongoing glitch apparently. My account still says 'Pay per Use', and neither my account nor my car's charging screen show any record of me ever supercharging (even though I've done it several times).

$1200 would be a lot less painful...plus I have to think there will be many people in the used car market that will prefer to buy the Stealth version anyway. Trade-in numbers aside, I still feel like I've been screwed.

Assuming both cars will have similar depreciation curves and the same purchase price, the PUP equipped cars will be the clear winners on trade-in value. But I agree that the difference could end up being relatively small. Less than $5K for sure, but I would think quite a bit more than $1K.

Exactly. I predict the trade-in value will be nearly $5K less than for cars with the PUP. So how can anyone think that P3 Stealthers aren't affected by the price change?

That's what I figured. Just trying to scrape together evidence that Tesla intends to do something (anything) for us poor P3 Stealthers.

Interesting...do you have the red bar under "dual motor" in your car info and app? Tesla is so disorganized I wouldn't be surprised.

Well that's good news. I'm in the same boat and will happily trade my FUSC for $5K. Although I notice they said "submit your request" in their response, which implies that some form of approval is still needed. When did you take delivery of your car?

Totally agree. We just hit the rainy(er) season in Seattle and I really want the option to adjust the sensitivity up. A lot.

Can't you deduct the value of this car from the sales tax on your new car if you trade it in? Or is Tesla's offer so low that it isn't worth it?

Make sure you look under the car to check for damage. I had planned to do that during delivery but didn't bother because the rest of the car looked great. Finally looked under about a week later and saw that both rocker panels (black plastic) had scrapes running down them, and the front fascia...

My bad - and I happen to agree. I'm also hoping our cars will actually end up being more valuable than the more "common" P3D's since Tesla no longer sells them, and - let's face it - there are a lot of people who just want the acceleration without the impracticality of the larger wheels...

Agreed. I ordered a P3D- for the same reason - just didn't see $5K worth of value in the upgrade package. Plus I drive my car daily so didn't want the increased road noise or greater susceptibility to curb rash. I'll happily trade my FUSC for $5K.

Received notice 3 days prior to delivery and my VIN the day before. Communication was via an illogical combination of emails and texts from several different people, but the delivery went smoothly enough, despite it being on the very last day of Q3. The car (silver P3-) is awesome.

What I'm really interested in is whether anyone has a 4 code. Would show that Tesla designates some cars as a performance model at the VIN level instead of just giving all AWD cars the B code.
