I did the NJ to Miami drive in the winter of 2020 and had to use many 150 kW chargers down I-95. Fast forward to 2023, I think that entire length can now done on 250 kW. Pretty cool.

This charger will probably help alleviate some come of the congestion at the Springfield Supercharger. EVgo also added a 350 kw charger down the hill at the WaWa in Plainfield. Good to see this section of route 22 getting some love!

Drove by on Friday, the all the charging pedestals and conduit work on the chargers themselves has been completed. Tesla switchgear has been delivered on the elevated platform but is still wrapped up.

Nope, I have 2022 Model Y built in August and the UI is very smooth. Compared to my 2020 Model Y with the Intel Atom chip its a huge difference. Boot times for browser and entertainment apps are night and day.

Depending entirely on the quality of roads around you - rubber band thin tires w/ no sidewall will result in more frequent flat tires and dented rims.

I am getting the work done by an Electrician. Its just weird the initial application asks for charger installation date before the work has even started. I am assuming you are supposed to just pick a date to get the work done.

I just ordered the Chargepoint Home Flexes. I am assuming you can do all the work first and then fill out the PSEG application correct?
