“You are now enrolled into Full Self Driving Beta Queue?

I havent read about a queue once opting in for public FSD. I’m assuming this isn’t unique to me? I was expecting to be entered into driving habit evaluation. Others in similar scenario? Any sort of ETA on beginning the evaluation?

Is there anyway to turn on 360 Camera's while parrelel parking Model S Refresh?

I just picked up my Model S Plaid. Is there a feature or anyway to turn on all cameras while attempting to parallel park? Last thing I want to do is curb my Arachnids. Thank you for any advice! Hoping I'm simply overlooking a feature?

Does anyone know what Tesla did to solve low performance with SOC and Higher speeds?

I just picked up my Plaid a couple of weeks ago. Besides all of the the improvements the one that I'm most blown away by is the performance at low / lower SOC and of course the car pulls no matter the speed. It's hard to imagine that Ceramic Coating Motors, and improved cooling has essentially...

I'm blown away at the performance of Plaid at super low SOC!

I have owned 4 Tesla to date. From P85D, Model 3 Performance, to P100D. Everyone of them was disappointing once the SOC fell below say 70% especially at freeway speeds if someone wanted to race. I'm stoked that you can even have this thing run as hard as it does at 50% let alone 20%. Are you...

I'm blown away at the performance of Plaid at super low SOC!

Brooks from Dragtimes has been doing some tests as of recent. Different SOC. Most recently today he posted a Youtube short at 20% SOC. The car was still pulling 0-60 in 2.2 seconds and Quartermile at 9.9 seconds! Does anyone have insight on what Tesla has done to solve this glaring issue with...

Longshot anyone on here see or own the Model 3 in San Francisco with the Plate BatMobile?

I would love to know the brand of body kit on that car. I wish I snapped a picture last week when I saw it in person. It was a dark flat black / gray lowered with the plate batmobile or a variation of that name.

2021 Performance Model 3. Poll Red or White ?

Poll with white interior what is the favorite color of 2021 Performance Model 3? Red or White? I have both on order with equal delivery dates. Prior to the wheel change and factory chrome delete I preferred the red color. Now I'm debating due to the storm trooper look. Thanks for the input!

Anyone use a Photochromic type window tint for the giant back window - roof glass on the Model 3?

On my last Model 3 I had one solid tint from the back window up to the roof so as not to have a cheesy looking line in the tint. The bummer about this is the rear passengers losing the ability to see much at nighttime through the roof glass. Has anyone tried to use a Photochromic film for this...

One more thing to mention Gents. I'm absolutely blown away and so glad I added the NVX Sub / Amp combo. It completely changes the sound in the Car. My Lord, the low end bass was lacking in the premium sound system. Not anymore! I was hesitant to bother with adding the 10" Subwoofer. Didn't know...

Interesting question. I can't speak on temperature insulation. The only way I can describe it, you know when you get in to a Car that is really well insulated IE S550 Mercedes? When you close the doors and it makes a solid thud, your ears almost feel like they may be clogged a little due to the...

No he applied the MLV to the non insulated sections of the Car. Now that it's all complete, I can say it's night and day quieter. I just took the Tech for a Test Drive, He rides in Tesla's Daily obviously. Said he has never heard anything this quiet. Not even close! He literally couldn't believe...

The waffle sections you're seeing are Noico (basically dynamat) the installer cut sections to secure the MLV. The MLV Is by far superior in sound absorption. The MLV isn't self adhesive like the Noico.

Material for the bulk roll MLV is less than $200. I got in touch directly with the Manufacture and purchased a 4x25ft roll for $160. I don't think Tesla Omitted additional insulation to prevent adding weight. I think it has much more to do with production cost and time invested in order to do so. I wouldn't really expect the level of effort that I'm putting in from any Manufacture really.

I'm estimating 40lbs when all is done. If I was after weight reduction I could gut the Car I suppose but that is not my goal here. In the full scheme of things adding such a nominal amount of weight will make zero difference. However many benefits to be gained by adding the MLV. Maybe I could...

No not yet. Honestly my biggest complaint is ambient road noise. I know 100% that the wheels and tires are not helping. I plan to do basically the entire Car wheel wells, door panels etc. Besides the noise dampening and prevention of unwanted rattles as the Car ages this should also provide...
