At least they contacted you. Last time my delivery date changed it was just done on the website with no call or email. Last contact with IDA was 2 weeks ago. I guess I will have to start contacting them. Customer service yourself.

That is amazing news. Don't forget to bring an inspection checklist with you. As others have noted on here the VIN does not show if your delivery date is too far away but reappears when the delivery date is close. This happened to me as well and it did come back. I have had one reschedule but I have not been told where my car is and I have a trade-in with registration...
