It won't show any difference for the Model 3. Model S/X however do have different codes for FSD computer. AP4 instead of the old AP3.

They'll text/call you to cancel it within a couple days. Several have tried this. None succeeded. At least not with a 3.

Worth pointing out that the date on that 2.5 case is earlier than the date on the 3.0 case pictured earlier in this thread. Supports the theory that they're using up old inventory (this one from Nov last year...) in the lower priced models. Makes sense as once they start doing upgrades...

Good policy, but it needs to be coordinated with financing timing, or they better be sure they can fix things quickly... If they can't solve these issues before loan pre-approvals expire, we'll be taking an extra hit to get our credit pulled multiple times for no reason.
