I just asked again about spoilers and badges, One guy said that he heard next year! I don’t believe that, but it could be weeks or even months. Presumably there is a batch being made overseas. I may hear more today.
I think that's correct, although I was thinking it was more like 85%. Minimum also is set at around 10%. The VOLT shows the "min" and "max" as 0% and 100%, and at least on my 2011 provides no min-max adjustment. They are hard coded, so to speak.

Ugh. Whenever anyone lumps the Volt and Prius together, I throw up a little bit. The Volt is a muscular EREV that does 0-60 in under 9 seconds (admittedly slower than a Tesla), and the other is a conventional hybrid that struggles to even get to 60!
