I understand that and get the losses from pre-heating and the vampire drain but I doubt that accounts for me being over 10kw short on each cycle.

So I normally charge my battery to 90% and recharge at 20%, I figured that @70% (90% les 20%) I should be receiving 52.5kw (75kw times 70%) usable capacity. Except that I never show more than 42kw used.....consistently. Today I check again and at 80% so 10% used it was showing 6% consumed...

Isn't difficult but consider a couple of things your 14-50 probably has a 50 amp breaker, in Canada mine was installed with a 40 amp breaker. If you have a 50 amp breaker you will be limited to 40 amps on the receiving side as opposed to 48 amps using a 60 amp breaker at your panel. In Canada...

For folks installing the wall charger you may want to consider some cheaper options. More than likely 95% of the time you will not be charging from zero, rather it will will be more like a phone from 50% or 80%. A regular 220/240 volt at 35 amps can charge from 80% to 100% in less than 3 hours...

For those that have gotten their VINs, please try to find out when your car was shipped from the factory. Mine was shipped Monday Aug 27th, once it arrives we will be able to gauge how long the process is. I think this might be useful information for folks who have yet to receive their VINs.

I called them I spoke with my Delivery Specialist, my car is on the train from Aug 27 so in terms of expediting nothing can be done until the car is in Canada. To be fair he did explain the sequence of how the vehicle gets to the delivery location, first a train to Chicago crosses the border...

i received an email just this morning called my TDS and got a VIN.

Mine did i called and it was fixed in one day.

Would you mind asking them when the car left the factory, because mine left Monday (Aug 27th) and they are giving me a tentative window of last week in September for delivery.
