How are do you see vins that are pending in UR? I seem to only be able to lookup based if they have been delivered (delivery receipt)

I wish they would just let us pick the car up in Oklahoma. I know there are leagl/tax issues about what state delivery is taken in, but seems dumb that the car is already paid for and we can't just pick it up wherever.
