Assume you're paying in cash? Otherwise the idea they could pop a VIN on someone Saturday and expect non-Tesla financing to be in place seems doubtful.

Your typo is confusing me...just want to clarify, you didn't use a referral code when you ordered, and when you asked about adding one they said they had already added a random referral code to the order order to ensure the free supercharging?

I think at this point is has been pretty well documented and agreed upon that any modifications do change the written order agreement order date but that, at least in regards to like free supercharging or premium connectivity, the original order date will be honored.

Perhaps the idea here since they're making so many cars and trying to distribute them as such they're trying to schedule deliveries first to gauge demand at that delivery location then they assign the vehicles+VIN to that delivery, rather than here is your car and then trying to get it to you...
