I don't think any S or X's are getting Sentry Mode yet, Only 3s. I have a X and a 3, I have sentry mode in the 3 for over a week now, nothing on the X. I think the issue is the different AP types in the S and X, with AP1, AP2 and AP2.5 that is causing the delay.
