In the 7-seater the second row has one seat (the one on the passenger side) that folds up and out of the way so the 3rd row is accessible when you unlock it with the button on its right shoulder. It can also move forward and backward with the hand lever under seat. The hand lever still works...

So I had one of the techs at the service center said that this is an issue on the firmware side, specifically with Pixel phones (although others in this thread have said otherwise). He did say that Tesla is aware of the issue and working on a firmware fix - no details on a release date. Fingers...

I'm going to the service center on Friday (Jan. 31, 2020) for a brake fluid flush. Going to ask them about this. Hopefully they'll have something of value to tell me. I think this is the most annoying issue I've had with my Model S (2015). If they do know about it (which it sounds like they do)...
