Ugh. Sorry to hear that. I'd say he's right except for the fact that in the last 2 days 5 folks with same configuration have input VINS into Troy's spreadsheet. You should have a VIN. So surprised they didn't say you have one yet. If only they could have said you have an ISA or something...

Those were the ISA's exact wording! "I will submit your paperwork now. As for scheduling delivery, there is a delay at Marina del Rey with the amount of cars they have, so now we must wait until the quality inspection is completed prior to scheduling delivery."

Once the page switches back to the original green check mark screen to fill in the Tesla Financing stuff, Tesla.ProductF goes away so the code doesn't work. Think once I get the loan approval it will work again, but at that point I'm assuming the ISA will just send it to me. I'll keep ya updated!
