Our ownership is incorrect (single owner vs dual) but they cautioned me not to change it until a year from now due to the rebate. Better safe than sorry

Good luck. All I have to say nothing is a guarantee until that rebate is in the buyers pocket. So buyer may end up spending $6k more that the rest of the world

Anyone contemplating this please be careful. Until the car is in your hands and you have the rebate there is no guarantee.

I cannot tell you how wrong this is. A small fee is not $7k. Would serve you right if someone didn't pay you the half... Anyone would be crazy to give you money without picking up the car first in case something is off or it doesn't make it through on time. And at that point they can run with it...

They have been ordered to make it fair. Government can't go back now and take rebates from those who bought an EV from July 11 to September 10. Can you imagine? They have no recourse but to go forward and give Tesla customers (the people who suffer more than dealerships and are not millionaires)...

If they didn't win those who ended up with a car and no rebate would be freaking out on them. They took a chance but it could have gone either way. Being in the legal industry the less said the safer it is. Plus no one knows yet if the end customer is benefiting yet
