Looks like the spot. Larger area fenced off then before and conduit being laid. Saw some possible pedestal basses, but nothing Tesla.- ETC SS M3

There is trenching being done along the south wall of Parking Garage E (Southeast corner of the mall). Also the city is working to connect Hazard Center Drive to River Walk Drive under the 163.- ETC SS M3

Just checked with the navigation in my M3, 8 of 16 stalls available, parking fees apply. Last I saw parking was $8 per hour or part thereof.- ETC SS M3
