Sorry, I'm in the southeast (Atlanta), but did finally receive my Silver AWD two weeks ago.

During the end of Q2 rush they offered me a white/white AWD with 19" that was in Decatur. Main issue was wife wouldn't go it, but the other was I was driving to Decatur while I'm a mile from the Alpharetta delivery center.

I have a VIN and countersigned MPVA with the VIN, but somehow they can't locate a car.

Could have it worse. My Silver AWD 19" was just pushed again from its third delivery date. I paid portion cash and financed remaining which now has a check collecting dust and interest. Quickly losing faith in anything they say.

Hope you have better luck than me. Blew past my third delivery date for Silver AWD Model 3.

My account still shows Sept-Nov, but I know from calling the delivery scheduling team it's in transit between Birmingham, AL and Alpharetta, GA delivery center. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive, so it's either still there or hopefully arrived.

Appears your further along in the delivery process. Initially they only asked me for the preapproval letter. I only just now got my VIN, so my bank earlier in the process couldn't have provided a check without a VIN. Since then I've received the updated DMV and MVPA with VIN that my bank used...

VINs seem to be all over the place. I think @EnrgyNDpndnce said he saw a VIN in the 60Ks and was made in September.

I received my final paperwork last night and was told now it should be here by Friday. Who knows, hopefully soon as you said :cool:

Keep the faith. I was scheduled for the weekend and fell through. Received VIN today (87K) and was told to expect it to arrive in Alpharetta on the 18th and assuming all is well with the car, delivery on the 19th. Silver Metallic, Black, 19, AWD.

Better than the 2nd text I received - "Thank you for your quick response! We appreciate you confirming you are available. We will contact you shortly once we get a firm date from our logistics team."

As a Metallic Silver AWD order holder, I hope the elimination of the color option does prioritize, but I didn't read it that way. I agree logic says they would want to clear the order log for these now eliminated colors so they can proceed with streamlining their evolving manufacturing...

We have a black LR4 that I take to get cleaned weekly. Agree black on most cars when kept clean is great, but specifically the Model 3 looks damn nice. Could be it tones down the pronounced lip in the front.

It was apparent from the current AWD delivery thread it's mostly 4/1 and earlier reservation holders getting delivery dates and VINs. Be great to see if anyone who reserved post 4/1 is getting any contact. I reserved 6/18/16, ordered 6/28/18. AWD, silver, 19" sport, black interior.

Tesla posted official numbers this morning, link here. Prior news was wrong. Official numbers from Tesla indicate 5,031 in last 7 days of June. New target is 6K by end of August.

I can say I am a little more than happy to have reserved on June 16th, 2016 than March 31st, 2016. Might be waiting a few more months, but probably worth it.
