Update- after filling out credit application and trade in info I was contacted by tesla that application accepted and they offered 3.59% rate for 60 months. Once I accepted that offer payment tab is ow green. Still no VIN.

Are you talking about the grey tabs for payment, trade in, registration or some other grey screen

I used Me. Electric. They do not charge anything to come and give you the feed about all that you need to put either NEMA 14-50 or HPWC. They charged around $1500 to run a 100amp line, put new cirvuit breaker and install HPWC.
