Did anyone who took delivery recently get mud flaps on delivery? I just noticed mine didn’t come with it. I read it should have front mud flaps installed…

Finally picked up! Not many issues to point out from delivery. Tiny bit of squeaking that I need to figure out where it’s coming from somewhere in the back seats. Also Installed wheel covers as well I got from Temu.

Was supposed to pick up last Saturday, but appointment got cancelled due to a delay... rescheduled for this Friday. Just texted my SA to ask if it has arrived and if I should be expecting any more delays and they said the car has arrived now. 2 more days!

Oh same boat as me... was supposed to pick up Saturday at Lawrence, but they told me Friday morning that it wouldn't make it on time. Was finally able to reschedule yesterday to pick up end of this week. I didn't bother cancelling insurance as it would've only been a few days anyway.

Ugh. Just got a text saying my delivery appointment for tomorrow will need to be cancelled as there was an "unexpected delay" getting my car to the delivery centre (Toronto Lawrence). ETA now updated to Aug 20-28.

Just got text/email to schedule delivery in Toronto Lawrence. Had dates from Aug 21 - Aug 26. I chose Aug 21 :)

Nope. Shanghai made LR and P have less range only because it’s a slightly smaller battery pack that uses LG cells.

Yeah it’s weird. I ended up popping into my local sales center and asked when the ETA of the car will be and they told me early August… so definitely not very “accelerated” lol

I assume so. I’ve seen a lot of people see the discount just reflected on their accounts automatically. Are you able to select that inventory vehicle for purchase? Maybe you can message your SA and ask if you can switch possibly.

Hmm are you sure about that? I thought Model Y VINs start with "7SA..." and it's digit 11 that determines the manufacturing plant?

I currently have a 2018 Model 3 LR RWD... have been thinking of moving to a Model Y AWD for a while now... what are everybody's thoughts on waiting for the Highland refresh to see what they may bring to the Model Y? and also HW4?

That's good to hear you didn't have too many issues. Interior-wise I don't think I saw much other than just some stain on one of the side armrests but they were able to clean it up for me before I left. Otherwise, the biggest "issue" I had was one side of the trunk panel sits a tiny bit higher...

Sooo delivery didn’t happen yesterday. My SA called me yesterday morning and told me that because my original VIN was dissociated on my account due to the damage, they couldn’t print out the final documents without having someone on his team manually assigning me back the VIN first but they...

Haha yeah. Apparently they just arrived at the SC this morning after having the bumpers replaced. The systems still aren’t updated yet so my VIN still didn’t come back up on my profile. Hope everything is smooth tmrw morning!

Amazing turn of events. I went to the SC just to see what’s up and saw my car parked there. Looked at the bumper and confirmed by SA it was fixed. Now scheduled for delivery tmrw morning!!

Yeah I had gotten that message with the same “tentative” wording a few days before my delivery date. Hope it holds for you though!!
