Sam here. I've put on only about 1,000 miles since my 77-C replacements and I can now hear a very faint sound which is similar to the old rattle. However, it's quite hard to hear, only occurring infrequently and I'm the only one to notice since I became so sensitized to the sound.

Happy to report that installation of the 77-Cs on Thursday completely resolved the severe rattle on my May 2018 100D. No more noise and a much smoother ride - feels like a brand new car! Fingers crossed that this is a permanent fix for me.

My last post in this thread is #659 and still have not received the 77-C replacement modules. I was finally scheduled for service on Tuesday but the appointment was cancelled the evening before as the parts did not arrive. No word on when they will. I've had the issue since about 5,000 miles...

Thanks for the advice. The SC is ordering replacement parts. Given other remarks in this thread, I intend to double check they have the right part number (1067361-77-C) and will update when parts are in and installed. Thanks again.
