Looking to reactivate supercharging on a salvage model s anyone that can assist?

I also need to know if anyone has experience programming a fob? I have one Key that came with the car and purchased a new North American key eBay but could use advise on programming. I also have the cable to link my laptop to the car and access to the service menu. Thanks.

Can't you download the Tesla Toolbox @ Toolbox What else do you need to add a key?

I have access to the service/diagnostics menu does anyone have instructions to program an additional key from this?

Looking at a rebuilt 2015 Model S70D do you know anyone outside Tesla SC that offers support for Key programming and error support? Car has auto pilot and super charging currently working anything I should be concerned with? Thanks for your guidance and expertise in advance.
