2021 Model S (Nov 2020 build) with 21in tires. I've been experiencing a grinding noise from the rear everytime I accelerate hard to semi-hard. It almost sounds like gears grinding against each other. Anyone experience something similar and is this a reason to schedule a SC appointment?

I am taking delivery of a 2021 MS this Sunday. There was a part of me telling me to wait but I have a gut feeling that if they ever do a refresh, they will change the MS to a more simplistic interior with just 1 screen. I rather have the current setup for sure.

Thanks for the comparison. I do not believe any of those vehicles come with an optional 3rd row. Cargo space aside, the question remains if the Y's 3rd row is actually usable or just their for decoration.

Got 2018.12 a week ago today and still no new maps. Car has been consistently connected to WiFi on a 1 gigabit down fiber network from AT&T. I've given up on the maps. There is no rhyme or reason for this "massive" download. It will happen when it happens.

That's weird I have never had this issue with my MS. I've had Wink 2 at my home forever now. If it's a network traffic issue, I would think I would be impacted as my entire home is automated. At any given time, I have 10-12 devices connected to my primary network.

HaHa! Thanks, I think. Jacked up crossover look wasn't what I was exactly going for. They are the stock 19 inch slipstreams on coils. Can't do much about the wheel gap unfortunately.

Some small minor exterior mods. Plasti dip the slipstreams, wheel cap and door handle overlays from RPM Tesla and aftermarket stock spoiler.

Picked up my MS75 in December. My cruise and autopilot was calibrated by the time I reached home from the service center. The trip was a total of 28 miles. Not sure if I am an outlier here but that is the only example I can give you.
