Hi Plturi, they're still available. Zero miles on them as I never even put them on. I cleaned and shined them for pictures, looks nicer that way :). They're complete set, just put them on and ride!
Decided not to use these (referrals) and get MCU2 upgrade instead :)
I'm in Union County, NJ area. Not shipping, so local pickup or drop if interested.
Asking for $2,500 (wish Tesla SC would let me use these as a payment :D)
Mine is end of 2017, replaced one side twice, other side once. Now both sides are scheduled for replacement. That's 5 replacements in less than 2 years and just over 30K miles. Hopefully they'll run out of crappy ones before I hit 50K.
Same thing here, Oct '17 Model S 75D. First reboot brought it back for about a minute then went off again. Subsequent reboots, including power down, did not bring AP back..
Congratulations! I did mention few posts back to watch your garage door when rear trunk is opened. How bad was the damage?
Anyways, still enjoying my spaceship each time I get in it, it truly is nerds wet dream
I just dropped by new MS with Greg at Signature Detailing and getting it back tomorrow. Doing full frontal Xpel and ceramic coating. Will try to post some pics tomorrow.
Well, I went to pick it up at around 5:15pm. Springfield Tesla was busy as heck, apparently doing 17 deliveries per day. Since I agreed to pick it up earlier, car was not detailed as much as it normally would be. Other than some very light scratches (rushed cleaning job), the car was awesome! I...
That's not good . You would think they test for these things after production. If they did, and found issues, they could ship parts with the car for service center to do repairs.
When was your car shipped and delivered???? I still havn't heard anything from my DS.
I spoke with one of WaWa employees this morning and she informed me that they're waiting on PSE&G. Was supposed to be completed by 12/9 but still hoping for completion by end of the year.
I've started with DS who would not respond at all. Later we found out she was parting with Tesla. After that I was assigned a new DS who has been more responsive. It still takes days for email response, if any, but if I call I'll usually have someone to talk with. If only their web site updates...
"A" marks the spot it seems. You're luck there were no other cars parked there.. I don't have my Model S yet (next week), but already sweating over ANY type of fender-bender.
Does your status say your car is in transit or still in production??? Mine has been in "production" since Dec 5th and when I asked my DS yesterday, he said it was ready to leave. Delivery has moved from 18th to 21st o_O
Thanks for suggestion, I've sent them an email. As for the price, I do understand the amount of work and time that goes into it, but I also think it's mostly "recovery" fee (materials and PPF cutter) plus "Apple" tax ;)
I'm planning on getting partial wrap (full hood/fenders/front bumper/mirrors/rockers) plus ceramic coating at Signature Detailing (highly rated), asap. It will run me around $3K - $3.3K depending on state of delivered paint job. Adding rear bumper/fenders and all 4 doors would run me extra $2.5K...
This is awesome! That Wawa is directly on my route to work (Staten Island) and I often stop there for cheap coffee. Perfect location for me to get some free miles ;)
I have same experience as you, my guess is they're super busy with deliveries. Also, imagine getting tons of daily emails with a subject line: "is my Tesla ready yet?"
Nice upgrade Cheesy! I'm waiting till 12/18. My "Teslanxiety" has tapered off since I got update from John. I only check MyTesla page five times a day and send one email tops :D Gotta get moving on that 50 Amp outlet and make room in the garage.
Unfortunately, yes, I was charged $500 change fee. I did not realize it would apply to simple software flag, as configuration page made me think I had time to decide till before delivery. In NJ we don't pay tax on it if it's included in cost of EV, so I'm still ahead few bucks. I'm doing...
Got a call from my new DS few hours ago. Car should enter production this week with anticipated Dec 18th delivery by truck to Springfield NJ. Also, decided to add EAP to my configuration. Countdown begins!
Seems like we're all in the same boat without our captain Tiyana. At this time I have no DS assigned to me and no one in Springfield cares enough to reply to my emails. Other than automatic vacation replies, Tiyana never sent me an email. I'm a bit shocked by Tesla's inattention to their...
