I bought my chademo adapter last summer and it was working good until recently. Now the car says adapter not recognized. Charge point says their system says it’s an unauthorized adapter. Do I need to go to Tesla service center and have them update the firmware on the chademo adapter? Anyone else...

So there are two Tesla destination chargers near my house that are dead. There is no power to them. Who do I report the problem to? Is it Tesla who owns and maintain them or the property owner?
