Same problem here, May 2019 build. Multiple reboots do not fix the issue. Seems to have started roughly at the time we received our 2019.36.2.1 update, but can't remember exactly. Only other event that MIGHT have something to do with the radio: I washed the car (high pressure + hand wash)...

I agree: NN seems like overkill for something that's been solved very effectively with less engineering on other cars. It's difficult to imagine why this is so difficult for Tesla. Anxiously awaiting 2019.40.

Update: 3.5 days in repair, but they got us in the shop on very short notice. Loaner 2014 (?) Model S. Tesla Service took care of 14 items at ZERO cost (some of which we were not aware). Our repair looks similar to other Model X owners: Corrections: Reposition A/C Condenser Pipes And Replace...

I can add another voice to the Model X Air Conditioning saga. We took delivery of our Model X 90D on May 3, 2016. We've had more jet-engine-loud fan noises over the past year. (It's actually a little embarrassing, and since we live in Texas, the A/C is on for all but 3-4 months of the year)...
