Anyone with 33% or 35% CeraLuxe or Photosync in the South Bay Area? I have an appointment with Premier on Monday and still don't know if I'm going with either of the above or my usual 20%. I'm in San Jose but would be willing to travel and buy you a drink to thank you for your time. Thanks!

Reviving an old thread... Has anyone had any luck getting any sort of compensation or *anything* for the long delays after being given the standard 2-week-timeframe line? I'm now in this same boat and very displeased at how they still can't get a handle on the timelines yet list two weeks...
