Add mine to the list. Tried to back out of my parking spot and heard the awful noise. Tire rubbing on wheel well. Could drive it home very slowly, but sounded terrible. Tesla Toledo was great, and fixed it within an hour of the tow truck delivery of my car. New fore link assembly.

I am currently at a Tesla service center, getting my 4th replacement screen installed (January 2017 Model S).

Looks like my screen (replaced for yellow band this past winter) is yellow again. :( Time for another SC call.

Yes. The guides obviously don't hold it exactly the same, but it's fine.

I ended up using one wide guide and one narrow guide, and it works pretty well!

K-MTG, I have a one month old Model S with the exact same symptoms. Kind of like a crunchy noise from the left driver's side when going over bumps slowly. Emailed my service center today.
