I wouldnt care if i could sell cars and make a profit. Most will just buy to drive around town anyhow like they do with the leaf and i3 but the porsche buyers will have alot more$$$$ of course and income.

geez 3/2017 75d seems ok so far...no rattles no screen ring issue.but never know.

i have noticed when washing the model s 75d once a week that the front rims get a ton of brake dust on them but the rears are always clean with hardly any brake dust.

I cant imagine leaving a 100k car outside in the environments in colorado. I mean sure if you go to work and there is no parking structure you have to park it outside while you work for 6-12 hrs i guess but at night...no way can i leave it outside with the wierd weather we get from snow to hail...

its the nature of the beast i guess. Even super hot climates may also do the same to battery range

you have to realize that its all just words now. The whole roadster/semi show was just that..a show. All the fluff was on the 0-60 speed rides...no wonder about interior design/quality or even actual range NOW..so people blindly fork over 50k based on words and promises? Seems like bad...

never have people in the rear seats much at all..so either is fine.

have crystaline 30 all around and 70 on winshield. Makes huge diff..really cuts the heat from outside yet isnt really dark. Was gonna do crystalline 20 on windows but too dark at nite IMHO. When washing the car there is wild coloring going on from the outside view of windshield and rear...

what are gen 3 seats????? We have 3/2017 75d with white interior....i know the rear seat has been redisigned since we got it(ours is more flat across the whole seat and new rear seats seem to have bolstered 3 seperate sections?)

teslas service plans are way overpriced it seems..i mean they already got like 100k+ out of you -you think they would offer more reasonable plans.

We just uncorked out 75d and the 0-60 takeoff can make us kind of queasy in the stomach. I cant imagine 1.9 or 1.5 and how that would make me feel. I mean its cool and all but even before uncorking the 75d was very fast to us and faster then the majority of cars on the roads...but after...

which brake and gass pedals are the best quality to get(not from tesla as they are too $$$)? Online..

Just notice out interior lights are yellowish and not that bright really..are they supposed to be led white? Just wondering...seems i read here somewhere that they should be white and super bright?

just got back from SC and it is UNCORKED....wow...amazing speed like almost makes me sick to my stomach. The sc said going by vin only isnt enough that they need to go like 3 levels deeper in bulletins to check on the cars, I think they all maybe can be done at least 2017 cars...for sure...

ok 2/2017 build i think is gen 3? 60d unlocked to 75d.Was told no by service center a few days ago so escalated and no word from tesla Fremont. So COntacted diff service center guy who now says it is eligible and mon have an appt to uncork it. But i will only believe it when i see it and AFTER...

i think something so basic as rain sensing wipers should be standard on any car now a days just as wiper speed and intervals is and should be.Maybe it still coming somehow in the software using whats on the car?

I will go 1st. 2/2017 build. s60d model-denver colorado. Just updated to 75d 4 days ago and being told no uncorking from SC.Have yet to hear from freemont.

Please post here iF your model s either 60d>75d(AFTER YOU UNLOCKED BATTERY) or original 75d is being told not eligible to be uncorked. Please also list manufacture date and where you are located and any details either the SC or freemont has told you.Lets get to the bottom of the true reason...

mickie....if they tell us that we must have the only 2 magical cars that somehow have diff systems then the others from 2016 up to july 2017. Ours was built 2/2017-done a month earlier then they told us so we were rushed to pick it up and it was because of the model s line shutdown at that time...

there is only 1 service center in denver :( the woman there seemed to be condescending in her attitude.-she said someting like its only .3 second increase....huh? I think some people at service centers are clueless...i need to escalate but how?

ok so service center in denver tells me our 2/2017 model s is not eligible...Via phone after we upgraded to 75d 3 days ago. How can i escalate this above them as they dont seem to have a clue?

can you imagine if the model s was made to accommodate the 2170's? And in 10 yrs or when you need to you can replace a battery pack for like the price of a used car.?

tesdrive both a few times. we didnt like the x at all. That huge windshield and the whole layout to us was just not comfortable for us.

Well wanted to see if/what tax would be but how its set up is there is no final charge screen-do you want to proceed screen like most buy online apps/stores.

i think here in colorado we computed electricity via charging to be about 1/2 the price of a gasoline if car was ICE. Not as wow as we expected it to be but its a start. I was hoping it would be 1/4 the price of gasoline

we always let them know- nO WASH..cant trust them to use the decent products and take care like an owner does. Wish they did handwash with great products and mits and stuff but thats time consuming for them and products arent cheap. I get it.
