Hmm... What route did you take? I went there from King George and I'll say that I enjoyed it quite a bit. Was a bit dark towards the end though so that made it interesting... The route to Waldorf was straight and boring though....so that might be the difference.

Bah. You need to miss Superchargers the old fashioned way, like I do. Either the Tesla tech turns them on two days after I leave the state (Gainesville, FL), or I just drive right past them w/o checking to see if they are active (Newport News, VA) :)

Alright, I'm no longer the only nut who drove all the way down there just to get one more charger. :) Looks like you got much better weather than when I was there though. It was rainy and dark for me, but that didn't stop me from having a few margaritas at the hotel bar there.

Lusk is the first place i ever had to actually wait to use a SC. It was just after the Custer rally ended and I was on the way down to Denver. That's probably why you remember it fondly and those of us that have had to wait in line, for a four stall charger in the middle of no where Wyoming...

That's not how it works. They spec out a site and obtain all the permits and such for the type of charger that they will be installing months before any of the actual work gets started. It would therefore take them months of effort to go back and change the type of charger that they were going...

I'll take it...but I'd rather have earned one of the Yearly Top Chargers as that's something that won't go away as soon as someone from out of town makes a journey into the gold mine that is the north east. It keeps getting easier too as CT keeps adding pairs of chargers only miles apart...
