I have noticed the same issue - was working in the garage today and heard the car "click" and whine for a few minutes, stop then repeat over and over again. No wonder our vehicles are losing 3-4% a day. This has to be super hard on the vehicle. Hope a fix comes quick. This is a 2022 MX

I recommend getting multiple quotes. I’m in Alberta and got one for $130 a month and another for $170 a month. Agree with @dpotvin the second quote the insurance was less for the model x than our 2 year old model 3. Odd.

does anyone have experience if you can’t be available for your delivery window? After making us wait for over a year, I’m assuming they will hold the vehicle for a few days if you can’t make it due to travelling?

And just like that - I got a text from SA saying delivery in next two weeks. VIN assigned and EDD updated to a 10 day window this month. Dr Gez was right - the Oct-Jan placeholder seems to be for immenent deliveries

I too am trying to find a way to figure out what to expect for range loss in the cold - I'm seeing anywhere from 30-50% when it is colder than -10C as in - the car uses 150km to drive 100 km. I expected 30% - but 50% seems high to me - is anyone else seeing these numbers? This is for a 180km trip.

I also got wicked deal - was looking at a custom 60 but the sales rep suggested a loaded 70D showroom model loaded with every option for less than the custom 60. It worked out to about 15% off regular price, unheard of for tesla. Agreed this is the time to get a tesla if you can!

I too have a new model S and been experimenting with summon. Ideally I wanted to be able to summon my car from outside the garage but I have discovered the key needs to be so close to the vehicle I might as well get in and drive it out myself. Has anyone else experienced this?

Speaking of which - how many of you actually purchased the 'flat tire' emergency kit from Tesla since the vehicle doesn't come with a spare? I'm a little nervous of being stranded somewhere.

Another question - Does it have the ability to back into a garage (straight back) similar to how you would program summon mode from your app?
