Left a VM for the DS and sent an email last Friday. Haven't received a response nor have I followed up as yet.

Asked my DS about it. He confirmed that they do not come installed by default. I asked him specifically not to put mine on. I had to sign a waiver to have them not installed on an ICE that I got last year.

That is correct. I just installed my wall charger for 72amp circuit with a 90amp breaker running #4/3 Copper. Check out the installation here.
