It's possible they've updated the configuration as last night I was able to break 80kW on it (had cold batteries and a 30% SoC). Kept a solid 75kW until I disconnected around 65% SoC. My new UMC arrived last night so I won't be using the SpC nearly as frequently now.

Has there ever been definitive proof of geofencing for locals? I can imagine they would for the heavier users but considering this is such a new installation I'm concerned it's a bad configuration. At this point I'm more worried for people passing through, since the Memphis-Jackson SpC combo...

The charger is starting to worry me a bit. I tried 3B at lunch today and it was never able to break 50kW. At the start no one else was there, when I returned someone was on 1A. I'm hoping the chargers output is just limited initially until they've verified everything is working properly.

I've never seen my car default to 100% when supercharging (but it usually is set there since supercharging usually = road trip). I'll be stopping by today around lunch time to test them out since it seems that no one is able to pull more than 70kW (both CSFTN and carlow's pics both show 70kW...

All might not be lost, the Jackson, TN SpC looks to be nearly complete. While it wouldn't give you the range to get to the next SpC in Mississippi it would severely shorten your time at a Nissan dealer.

I bought a 2013 CPO 85 with this same mentality. AP would have been nice but I enjoy driving and now with AP2.0 I don't regret my decision. You should be able to score a CPO for under $50k easy (I did and there were several options).

In my opinion Wolfchase Nissan would be the best place to stop. It's right near a mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff are quite friendly towards EV charging; I once had to ask them to power on the CHAdeMO charger as it had been shut off at the breaker. Since this stop is right off I-40 on...

You can easily get from Nashville SpC to Memphis (I do so easily with a 2013 85 and I'm not exactly running under the speed limit). If for some unknown reason the Memphis SpC isn't up and running by your test drive I'd still encourage coming through Memphis. We have several free CHAdeMO chargers...

Stopped by yesterday, no progress from the MLGW utility side. Meter housing is still empty and the conduit still terminates right before the sidewalk. Just checked the last weeks worth of permit pulls and no approved electrical meter permits for the Ridgeway/Park area.

It'd be safe to assume they are an electrical permit. I've been checking the Shelby County permit records every few days to see if they've applied for the electrical meter permit, no luck yet. That said there haven't been any building (demo or construction) permits pulled for this supercharger...

I've gone by Shelby Farms and used them twice now. The park additions are fantastic. There currently is no charge or even membership card required to use them, although there is a touch panel at the end of the station where they could possibly take payment in the future.

2010 Lexus HS250h, drove it for 100k+ miles and averaged 40 mpg. My Model S wont end up saving me money through ditching gas but it's worth it to have much better acceleration/performance. Also looking forward to having a usable trunk again.
