Has anybody enquired with Tesla HQ about the total number of Founder's Editions worldwide and by region up to date ? Or does anybody know where to best place this question ? I've compiled a list of what I found out so far through forums and personal knowledge, but that's not exhaustive, for sure.

I heard from the SeC that this is NOT the case, because although a 75kWh battery is installed, the software will limit it to 60kWh and this is what the Supercharger will "see". So 80% charging on a 60D will charge up to 48kWh and NOT to 60kWh because of really being a 75kWh battery.

Good to hear that some seem to have no issues with the Ultra White seats. I just think they make the inside look much more spacious and lighter.

Yes, ultra white seats only with black headlner. The "white" headliner is not really white (more beige) and doesn't correspond with the ultra white of the seats.
