Yeah, the classes usually start around $3,000

bulk install will have a lot more waste. one full box is 50' and it can do about a car and half. if you're really going to undertake it yourself, its best to have more material than needed. plus u will always have an extra supply to fix panels that need to be redone or to fix future panels when...
