I can speak to the ocean location. That is actually lat 0 Lon 0. Default location for many GPS systems when they have issues. My phone does the same thing when plugged into the USB port of my Subaru. Somehow the car's USB overrides the phone gps.

The grey seats do show a January estimate again on other models.

It actually is a different seat as well. Not next gen, but premium.

Anytime I've purchased a car, I've made the dealer remove any/all dealer badges, stickers, etc. Just tell them you'll be happy to leave their advertising on your car for the right price.
