Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
Some people have 2 sets of wheels. I was thinking, maybe Tesla can Id the wheels type with the sensors. In the pass version, when you reset the TPM using the TPM reset button. It will actually ask you if it is for 19" or 21" in the Model S.
I am assuming you are using different TPM sensors for your summer tires? Did you get errors or anything at first? Maybe it does reset by itself after xNumber of miles driving. My Model S still has the Reset TPMS button but my Model X does not. I will install my new summer tires and see what...
Does anyone know how to add a new set of rims/tires to a Model X without having to visit the service center? I just bought a extra set of 22" wheels with new tire pressure monitors for summer driving. I live about 200 miles from service center and do not want to have to drive that far just to...

Please let me know if 8.0 have a better Browser. Tesla talked about using Chrome for years. I think everyone would agree with me that the current Browser sucks big time!
Lol... Anyone care to test using your fingers? Seriously, it probably won't cut your fingers off. But I guarantee you, you will at least be in a cast for a while.
Model X trunk is set by top sensor height. It does not memorize like the Model S. Maybe a future improvement, but it does not work like that right now.
I am sure this is just a temporally until Tesla figure things out. Personally, I am happy with the temporarily fix. After saying all that, it might be a bad idea on Tesla part to disable those sensors. It only takes a few secs to chop a finger off. Tesla does not need any bad publicity right now.
Whooo... Not good. First FWD was too sensitive. Now, not sensitive enough. These doors are beginning to sound like my ex. Did you do a reboot after install?
Mine has exactly the same issues since day one. SC stated that this is a software issue and unable to fix at this time until software gets updated..... All we can do now is hope and pray! Took delivery Aug.8. VIN 12XXX.
It hurt to see that. Mine has always stopped 3/4 of the way. Make me wonder if I should go ahead and modify my garage "just in case". Hope Tesla make this right for you.
Got an email from DS this morning. Stated my Model X will be completed by 8/15. Delivery will be in September. MX 90D, 6 seats, every options was confirmed on May 29th.
I do have a DS assigned. He never communicated with me. As always, communications have never been great with Tesla. I am not in a hurry. If Tesla wants my money, they need to bring me my car. I shouldn't have to beg for it.
