Yes at the right of the page. VIN is below the RN number and delivery date replace the estimated number of weeks.

Just got a VIN (for SR+) after a phone call to the customer service center. She was not sure about the delivery date because I'm in Canada. Should be around March 27-28th.

So, after another call to Tesla, this time directly at their customer service center. The response I got was, reservation don't really give any priority.

Someone at Montreal received yesterday his VIN and a delivery date of March 19th.

Your right, I just realize the same thing on my side...I have 2 RN numbers inside my Tesla account. My order and my original reservation from 2016. Why Tesla didn't merge them knowing that it is the same account?

I was expecting a huge amount of orders once the SR battery is available. Like more than 50 000, maybe 100 000. So, even with actual production rate, it should take months to fulfill. That's why, I'm hoping the reservation will come into play.

I'm assuming that the first reservation holders will receive their before someone without one at each store. Because otherwise all that reservation strategy was only a way for Tesla to raise fund...

Don't think so, those 2 cars have different weight, more than 50 lbs difference. Cannot be only the speakers removal of the partial premium interior.

Yes, it's more expensive now. But, I'm really glad of the value of the standard plus config. Even the base model have the glass roof.

Yes, Standard Plus config is really nice. Better autonomy, better acceleration, better sound system, better comfort, better top speed. Ordered std plus, black. So happy...with my smile stamped in my face !!!!

Just to remind you the mission of that company: "accelerate the advent of sustainable transport by bringing compelling mass market electric cars to market as soon as possible" ;)

If they have considered to produce SR battery in 2017. It's should be perfectly viable for them to start that SR production now. High weekly production, profits two quarters back to back and international market is ongoing. I think the next short term movement is SR battery.

I'm confident to see SR Model 3 on the road this summer. Maybe not the 35k car, but SR battery with PUP. Tesla don't have the choice but to release cheaper configuration. Too much people are waiting for it. 3 years of waiting is enough.

I would say that it was a bold statement at the 2016 unveiling saw by hundred of thousands of people, resulting to a 450 000 000 $ cash income of reservations fees. I think we can consider it a promise.

I assume that a good amount of people in the US was hoping for a 35k car minus the 7.5k credit. Those people will pass their turn for a Tesla.

I'm wondering which configurations are the hundred of thousands of people waiting for. You can select your 2 prefered configurations. For me it's the SR+AWD.

I think that AWD will be a popular option in northern regions, even with the SR battery. I'm assuming that MR battery will be discontinued once SR battery is ready. MR is a temporary option during the wait of the SR. So, if they offer AWD with LR only a lot of people will be disappointed.

Me too, my ideal configuration is SR+AWD but with standard interior. We may be limited concerning the options choice at production start. Like mandatory premium interior.

About backlog of higher trims M3, it's difficult to estimate...for US pretty sure it's pretty inexistant. For Europe, yes, a bunch of folks are waiting for the MR, February will surely be dedicated at them. But what they are gonna do to stimulate demand in US...? They can start ordering process...

I'm waiting for a cheaper configuration, around $40k. Hoping that it comes really soon. Musk already stated that SR battery will come around February. So hoping some announcement are going to be included in their Q4 results.

But considering that Musk said that they plan to finish deliveries in Europe at end of February/March, we can cross our fingers for SR ordering process beginning in February .

I think that the avaibility of the SR M3 is highly related to the EU/Asia demand. Difficult to estimate the enthusiusm in those markets. I'm dying to order my SR and drive electric...

You can find the info on Tesla website. But you can see the premium features below, comes at a 5k USD price. Premium seating and cabin materials with open pore wood décor. This is instead of the textile seating in the non-premium model. Heated seats. All models offer a dual-zone climate control...

So I'm wondering if we will see standard interior prior the 35k configuration... Has anyone have some hint about this?

6000 USD...it's really expensive for an AWD. At that price I will skip it for my future SR Model 3. I predict that a lot of SR folks will drop it, considering their thighter budget.

I imagine that the majority of the reservation are for the SR model. So you are not alone waiting desperatly for it! I'm confident that some will be delivered before the year's end (Tesla workers and owners, line waiters...?). Before that they will logically offer the LR without PUP.

So exhausted to run a ICE car...waiting for the SR battery.:( I suppose they will offer the LR non-pup shortly, before the SR. Then, SR battery comes available before the end of the year. Not bad for them to receive large amount of deposit (2500$) before EOY.
