Don't have my 3 yet, but one other thing you can do is to touch the speed sign on the screen. This is talked about in the manual somewhere. Touch it and it will set to the speed recognized and displayed. I have no idea though for a school zone how it knows if it is normal speed or school...

Did you know the person driving the second one or even know there was another one behind you? Very hard to find in the wild still, but two reds near each other seems to be more than a coincidence.

Page 108 of the manual says it should open with the button on the charge cable, make sure it is unlocked: "With Model 3 unlocked (or an authenticated phone is within range) and in Park, press and release the button on the Tesla charge cable to open the charge port door. "
