"Model X" Falcon Wing Interior Stickers

Just bought these interior FWD stickers to match my model X exterior color. The red would look great with the red brake calipers in my opinion. Here is the link for those interested Tesla Model X Falcon Wing "MODEL X" Interior Stickers/Vinyl Overlay

What is the correct maximum battery charge to set? 85%,90%,95%,97%

I charge to 90% now, but I also don't recharge on a daily basis, but rather every 2-3 days as my daily driving is 40-60 miles. I don't know if this is a good thing to recharge every couple days, or is it better for battery life to bring the battery back up to 90% for better battery health...

    Random Model X sightings

Deliveries to the Dallas SC. I think there were 6 Model X's on the truck.

How do I find a inexpensive electrician?

My Opinion: Well said and agree with your assessments.

How do I find a inexpensive electrician?

Got many quotes ranging up to $5,000. My unfortunate situation is that my panel is on the opposite side of the garage about 120 feet away, hence the high price. However, to install a NEMA 14-50 plug next to the fuse panel about 50 ft away, makes the cost much more reasonable, ~$600. Sure it...

We need a gesture when passing other Model Xs

@chipmunk--I saw that video before and I do the nod in my X to the Model S' when I pass by, but haven't seen an X yet. I likely will do the nod and put my hands on my forehead sideways to indicate falcon wings...LOL

    v7.1 (2.15.50)

Service center said the new update should make the front doors work much more precise, as some have stated above. Didn't know about the horn issue, but mine was fine.

    Window Tinting Awareness

Something similar happened to me, but with driver and passenger windows, but after a few toggles with the up and down switch it fixed itself. Of note, initially the windows kept going down more and more when the doors were closed shut, but self-fixed when used the toggle to raise the windows.

    What's up with HPWC?

Per Tesla's website on wall connector: "...Operating current (up to 80 amps) will be configured by the installing electrician, allowing the unit to be customized to almost any power source. For the fastest charge rate, install the Wall Connector with an 80 amp or 100 amp circuit breaker. The...

My Model X overnight vampire drain is 8 miles/day? Options? Norm?

I have not either as stated "slightly more energy used". @Gwgan--that is a lot of drainage. I don't know how the model S in the showrooms have 100's of people come in and out and with the lights on only drains 2 miles in 24 hrs...?

My Model X overnight vampire drain is 8 miles/day? Options? Norm?

What I meant to say was: I tried it with energy savings ON and maybe 5 sec to 7 sec delay as screen grayed out (like it was asleep ), so leave this OFF now. Likely has little effect on the discharge rate as we are both > 8 miles/24 hrs

Aftermarket Wheels for the Model X

Looks amazing with the nice touch of the handles blacked out. To bad Cali law is you can't darken the front 2 windows.

Aftermarket Wheels for the Model X

It cost me $540 to powdercoat my rims with a mix of 3 colors from a reputable place and was done in 24 hours. Best advice, call around your area, then visit the places after you have narrowed it down to 3 centers.

My Model X overnight vampire drain is 8 miles/day? Options? Norm?

Thanks for sending. Wow, so your discharge rate is worse than mine. I have mine on Energy savings = Off (as don't want the 7-10 sec delay to start the car every time I get in the car) and Always connected = On I will have a report from Tesla by the end of the week hopefully depending on the...

    X: What's your 90%?

@scottf200--taking my X into the SC tomorrow to see if the vampire draw is a real issue or something I have to live with. I posted elsewhere and seems our discharge rate is higher than others experiencing. Range of discharge in 24 hrs is 2 miles to 6 miles of the majority of people, with average...

    What's up with HPWC?

Now that the model 3 event is past, and no mention of an upgraded wall connector (previously known as HPWC), if anyone is interested in a brand new unopened TESLA wall connector, I would be willing to sell it since I heard it is on back-order. If interested, contact me at [email protected]...

    Model X Financing questions

I am sure you checked with your bank, as usually a direct withdrawal gets you 0.25-0.5% discount. If you by chance have a home mortgage with them, might bundle a loan for 2% for 5 years.

    X: What's your 90%?

227, but have a high discharge rate of 8 miles in 24 hours
